David Handyside – senior pastor. Originally from Zimbabwe, Africa, David and his family moved to the USA in 2003 and was part of the LCC soon after they arrived. He was both a teacher and a coach at a Southwest Covenant School in Yukon before God called him to step in to this new role in 2009.
Ron Threadgill – pastor. The founding senior pastor of LCC. He felt led to step away from the senior pastoral role and now does a lot of counseling and support of the body. He has a long history in business and the church, having pastored a church in Watonga, Oklahoma and was the president and CEO of Hollytex.
Chad Cox – pastor. The birth and vision of LCC came through the heart of Chad and his wife Kelly. They started a Life Group in their home that grew into LCC. He is also a local businessman running his own business Zcals.
Kelly Cox – praise and worship leader. From her living room to the stage at LCC she has led people into worshipping the Father. She has led the team in producing a music cd of songs the team composed and produced. She works alongside her husband in running their company Zcals.
